SHIPER is being developed as a technology platform connecting customers with eligible commercial vehicle partners for lawful goods movement. The final contractual role, responsibilities and service model require legal confirmation.

2. Eligibility

Users must meet applicable age, legal capacity, location and product eligibility requirements. Exact eligibility rules will be confirmed before launch.

3. Accounts

Users may be required to provide accurate information, maintain account security and promptly update material details. Users will be responsible for activity performed through their accounts, subject to applicable law.

4. Bookings

Customers will be expected to provide accurate pickup, drop, goods and contact information and select an appropriate vehicle category. A booking may depend on partner availability and operational conditions.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Describe goods accurately and lawfully.
• Do not request transport of prohibited or restricted goods.
• Provide safe, accessible pickup and drop conditions.
• Follow verification and custody steps presented by the product.
• Treat partners and support personnel respectfully.

6. Partner relationship

The legal status, contractual relationship, eligibility obligations and operating responsibilities of driver partners and vehicle owners must be defined in separate approved partner terms. This website does not guarantee trips, income or minimum business.

7. Payments and fees

Payment methods, fare presentation, platform charges, partner commission and taxes must be finalized in the relevant commercial and legal documentation. This draft does not establish any exact fee.

8. Cancellations and refunds

SHIPER branding, software, interface designs and original content are intended to be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Final ownership and licensing language requires entity confirmation.

12. Suspension and termination

SHIPER may need to restrict access for misuse, safety concerns, inaccurate information, legal obligations or violation of approved terms. Final procedures and user rights require legal review.

13. Liability structure

Risk allocation, warranties, exclusions, indemnities and liability limits are not finalized. No liability cap or waiver is established by this draft.
